Hosts:
- Knows floor plan and reads server station assignments.
- Knowledge of Open Table reservation system.
- Anticipates guests needs.
- Assists the service and bus staff.
- Keeps menus clean and in good appearance.
- Knowledge of all special events taking place at the Park Grill.
- Works as a team member with entire staff.
Line cooks:
- Follows recipe guidelines.
- Knows menu items specific to position.
- Practices proper product control and handling.
- Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
- Displays a positive attitude toward teammates.
- Demonstrates proper knife skills.
