PRIVATE DINING INFORMATION
Sample menus are provided to assist you in planning your event. We are happy to make recommendations or to customize a menu for your group. We can also coordinate audio-visual equipment, live entertainment, or anything else that will make your event a success.
Seating capacity for private dining in the Founder's Room
36 guests.
Semi-private dining available for larger groups
Accommodating 25 to 800 guests.
Options are available for larger groups.
Deposit
Half the required food & beverage minimum.
Cancellation policy
Full refund when canceled two weeks prior to event.
Deposits not refunded may be applied to future events.
Guarantee
48-hour advance guarantee for the number of guests in your party.
Payment
Full payment is required at the end of the event unless prior arrangements have been made.
20% service charge and 10.75% sales tax will be added to each bill. Set up fees may also apply.

Private Dining handles reservations of 15 and over, which includes a food and beverage minimum, deposit, and pre-set menu.
THE PLAZA
The Plaza does not accept reservations of any size. Private Dining handles contracted events on The Plaza for groups of 15 and over, which includes a food and beverage minimum, deposit, and pre-set menu.
